Control Panels USA has a fully qualified staff with years of experience in panel design, fabrication, programming, and integration. Our staff is capable of designing custom panels on a one time basis or providing design/redesign of OEM panels that may be fabricated on a volume or monthly basis.

CP USA builds panels with the end user in mind. We understand what is involved during project startup and commissioning, and incorporate these details into each design and panel assembled. We understand the little things, such as proper labeling, tagging, and clear and accurate documentation as key components to ensure smooth and successful startups with our panels.

Control Panels USA was founded in the year 2000 by Martin W. Salyer, PE. CP USA has enjoyed great success with OEM clients, end-users, Engineering Companies, Utility Companies, Electrical Contractors, Equipment Distributors, and Manufacturing Representatives. CP USA was originally founded to give clients a feasible option for their control and automation needs, while not competing directly with Engineering Companies, or Electrical Contractors. Many of CP USA’s customers have come to rely on us as their outsourced control specialists.

CP USA only specializes in designing and building control panels and providing industrial control solutions. The result is our company stays focused, overhead is reduced, the price of equipment is reduced, volume is increased, and client expectations are exceeded. Our competitors, who design and build control panels, are often focused on other core areas of their businesses such as engineering or electrical contracting. Their panel design and fabrication activities suffer the consequences attributed to a lack of focus. They have a hard time meeting deadlines, providing competitive pricing, and/or providing panels that truly meet the needs of the customer.

All of CP USA ‘s company values were initiated by Martin W. Salyer, PE. Martin is President of CP USA and has an Electrical Engineering degree, as well as a Professional Engineering License in multiple states. He has over 17 years experience designing, building, maintaining, and integrating custom panels. The founding principles of our company mandate that our attention to detail is unsurpassed; saving many valuable man hours during startup.

Control Panels USA provides custom design of panels, as well as fabrication and automation services for municipalities and manufacturers requiring specific dedicated controls for OEM Equipment, Utility Relay Panels, Water/Waste Water Treatment Systems, as well as many other industries.

Control Panels USA was founded in October of 2000 with the sole directive of providing reliable, cost effective control panels. In order to properly support our clientele at startups, SCADA/PLC Integration and Field Services divisions were soon added. CP USA manufactures and supports the construction and commissioning of hundreds of panels each year. Our project history has included a vast variety of industries and applications.
