APM Metals Ltd is a family run business which has been recycling metals on the present site since 1965. The wealth of knowledge and expertise gained over nearly five decades makes APM an obvious choice when recycling your scrap metal. APM is totally committed to responsible recycling and as such is fully licenced by the Environment Agency. Most types of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals are purchased and sold by APM details of which can be found under the Types of Metal section on this website. However APM do not buy vehicles / cars for scrap.Ideally located in Sittingbourne, Kent close to the M2 and M20 motorways makes for quick and easy deliveries to customers from the APM yard. The close proximity to mainland Europe via the Channel Tunnel and ports also makes for speedy deliveries to continental customers.APM are buyers and sellers of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals. As well as buying from members of the public APM are also able to provide the following services;Buy scrap from members of the public (with valid ID such as Photo Driving Licence, Passport or Industry Trade ID cards ),Buy scrap from companies who produce scrap metal as part of their process,Provide a bin collection system from customer's factories,Handle all materials with the correct Environmental approvals ,Supply customers with a variety of scrap conforming to ISRI specifications,Load all types of vehicles and containers for delivery to customers.
