History and Our Mission

Calibrate, Inc. was established in St. Louis, Missouri in 1983 in response to a lack of on-site pipette service options. At the time, most labs had drawers, boxes, and even basements of broken instruments. When Calibrate, Inc. started offering on-site pipette calibration and repair services, a new industry was born. Built upon the idea that on-site service is not only more convenient, but also saves our customers valuable time and money, our mission is simple: We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality pipette services possible. We maintain our commitment to quality with our ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, our unparalleled customer service, and a full warranty for service and parts. Our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied and that your instruments work the way that you need them to. Calibrate, Inc. has been providing on-site pipette calibration services for over 30 years! We founded the on-site pipette calibration industry in 1983 in St. Louis, MO and have since expanded to be able to offer nationwide on-site coverage.

We are ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 accredited by A2LA to deliver on-site pipette calibration service, which means that our systems, software, and equipment have all been third-party validated to ensure that you receive nothing but top-notch equipment maintenance when you choose Calibrate, Inc. as your pipette calibration service provider.
