Owner Tina Scoccolo grew up in a construction family. After working with her father in heavy civil construction and erosion control, she purchased her first hydroseeder and founded Terra Dynamics in 1986. Within three years Terra Dynamics had grown beyond hydroseeding to include specialties in park & field construction, wetland mitigation, public works projects and more.

Over the past 25 years, Terra Dynamics has led the industry in innovation, application, technology and performance. Our differences are the belief that one company should be everything you need in a landscape construction contractor as well as the knowledge and experience to deliver the best to our clients.

Our clients aren’t our only long-term relationships. Most of our staff has been with us over 10 years. We own all of our equipment as well as three bay shops, each with a full-time mechanic.
