We therefore can provide customers with the highest return on their investment (ROI) and the lowest possible down time and maintenance costs.We supply a complete package including all the parts required to take the source material, whether it is natural fibres or even ceramic and other fibres through the pulping, moulding, drying, and if required through to hot pressing and printing in up to twelve waterproof colours. Spare parts, and required tools are also included. If asked, we will also help design and construct the buildings to house the machines and their products.All of our machines are very complex and take some time to build once an order has been received. The smallest machines can be delivered in about six to eight months, and the largest machine requires approximately 14 months to build. Our terms of payment are for a deposit equal to 30% of the full contract price to initiate construction. The remaining 70% is paid on the balance of shipments or in seven equal payments. In all cases, payment is made by wire transfer and the balance of the payment of deposit(s) is to be covered by an irrevocable letter of credit confirmed by the Bank of Nova Scotia, signed, delivered, and approved by Emery.The Emery Pulp Moulding machines are easy to order and purchase.
