POZ Environmental, LLC

POZ consists of two firms: POZ Environmental, LLC (POZ-LLC) presently doing business as POZ Engineering and Environmental Consulting, and POZ Engineering & Environmental Consulting, P.C. (POZ-PC).  Both POZ-LLC and POZ-PC are veteran (SDVOSB) and professionally owned practicing principles of engineering for solutions and offering environmental consulting. 
  
We are Pennsylvania based Companies holding a business license in the State of New Jersey and a Certificate of Authority for the State of New York.

We have engineering licensure in PA, MD, VA, NY, VE, and NJ.  We are NCEES registered for reciprocity licensure with other states to include international. POZ carries Worker Compensation, Pollution, General, and Errors and Omissions (Professional) Insurances.

We have environmental certification in asbestos, lead, mold, wetlands, NPDES, RCRA, Radon, HAZWOPER, and NEPA.  

We offer instrumentation and analytical methods to fulfill a  scientific objective.  

We can perform quality assurance inspection and management for all construction (hazardous and non-hazardous) projects.

We are listed on CCR and VetBIZ.com and certified as a SDVOSB, and an Emerging Small Business. 
 
POZ-LLC is on the GS Schedule for Environmental Consulting (SIN 899-1)   Contract # GS10-172AA.

We are certified as a disadvantaged business entity (DVE) by the PA Department of General Services, NY DGS, and PennDOT.

POZ  Environmental, LLC was formed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the later part of 2005 by it's founder and President, Emanuel T. Posluszny, to serve clients with 'mission' focused philosophy. In November 2012, we were granted permission by the PA Dept of State to use POZ Engineering and Environmental Consulting as a fictitious name (DBA) as result of Emanuel's Professional Engineering License.  In February 2014, Emanuel incorporated POZ Engineering & Environmental Consulting, P.C. as a professional company.  POZ Environmental, LLC still operates as a business and each company is separate with different tax numbers.  Both companies are owned and operated by Emanuel T. Posluszny, P.E., and share the same insurance policy.

Emanuel has been a civil servant for more than 30 years serving the public in engineering, project management, environmental consulting, and research.  During this part of his career he has published 9 research papers, conducted site investigations, feasibility studies, project management, and science/economic/engineering analysis. He has used AutoCAD since Version 9 and has routinely upgraded his knowledge to state-of-the-art concepts and leading-edge technology (GIS, GPS, etc.) by being committed to a 'Life-Long-Learning' philosophy. Emanuel is current with Auto Deck Products such as 360 and the full Suites (Infrastructure Suites) that make up BIM.

POZ has superior management for all sectors. Our President is a licensed professional engineer with licensure in five (5) States.  He has participated in most engineering disciplines throughout his career.  A systematic manner of sorting and retrieving a library of inputs, process management with a network of activities and buffers, and outputs are always implemented. We will incorporate our data into GIS software (ArcGIS) to be used in an AUTOCAD environment for detailed 3-D drawing.  We will use state-of-the-art computer systems and software to accomplish our work.

POZ provides clients with quality services fulfilling multi-disciplinary (structural, MEP, civil, geotechnical, and environmental) engineering. We have and are able to provide these services in a turn-key function pooling from the experience of our staff and the customers we served in the past. We have problem solving skills but rely upon engineering principles, laws, codes and regulations to guide these skills. We do not practice “back pocket engineering”. We are licensed in 5 states and have the ability to acquire reciprocity in others as well as internationally through NCEES. We use AutoCAD Infrastructure Suite (latest version) as our design software tool to create 3-D drawings for visualization and viewport detailing. We use our CAD as a tool to defend our conceptual designs, and analytical models
