Bay West began 40 years ago as a Duluth, Minnesota-based environmental consulting firm providing supplies and services to the mining and transportation industries of the Western Great Lakes region. We've since grown into a nationally recognized environmental consulting and remediation company.

We’re known for our customer-focused solutions, attention to detail, safety record, highly skilled staff, and rapid response capabilities. Today, based in St. Paul, Minnesota, Bay West is led by equal partners: President Lon Larson, Vice President Ed Bacig and Vice President Gene Kuppenbender.

Through the years, environmental regulations for air, land and water have continued to evolve. Every step of the way, our environmental engineers, scientists, and emergency response professionals have helped government and commercial enterprises navigate complex environmental concerns and ongoing environmental remediation challenges.
