A company called BIO-CHEM VALVE Inc was founded in 1983 in Morris County NJ. The company initially produced Pinch Valves, and soon after began manufacturing the first in a long line of inert, PTFE Isolation Valves. BCV moved to Boonton, NJ in 1991 and was acquired by Halma PLC in 1995.

In 2003, Bio-Chem Valve was renamed to BIO-CHEM FLUIDICS to emphasize it's new mission to design and manufacture a broad line of high quality inert fluid handling components for the Analytical, Clinical Diagostics and Medical Device markets.

BIO-CHEM FLUIDICS designs and manufactures high quality BIO-CHEM VALVE™ brand solenoid operated Micro-Pumps, Isolation Valves, Pinch Valves, Flow Selection Valves and Electric Rotary Valves. Through our customization expertise and the integration of electrical connectors, specific material selections, and related accessories, we offer complete system solutions to your fluidic applications.
