Introducing Pioneer Pump Remanufactured Pumps

Pioneer Pump is please to introduce a new, Certified Remanufactured Pump Program. Certified remanufactured bare-shaft pumps are built to the same performance and quality standards as a new pump. Pioneer Pump provides a 1-year limited warranty on all remanufactured pumps. 

The program works in three easy steps:
1. Place an order for a remanufactured pump
2. Return your old pump
3. Receive credit for pump core

Pioneer Pump stocks popular models; stocking levels will vary based on volume of sales. Pending availability, Pioneer Pump will ship stocked items from the price list within 2 business days of the order confirmation. 

Core

The core typically consists of all components of a bare-shaft pump;

volute
bracket or backplate
shaft
suction cover
impeller 
bearing housing

The pump core returned must be the same pump model as the purchased re-man pump. the core must also be assembled when shipped to Pioneer Pump.

Core Credit

After the inspection process, a credit will be issued for the core. If any deductions are necessary, a full report detailing the damage that was found will be generated and sent to the customer.
