SealGuard Inc

1015 Foggy Hollow Road , Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, United States | Waste recycling

SealGuard was formed in 2004 with the goal in mind of developing and manufacturingWorld Class Water Sealing Solutions. We have used the experience gained by our parent company, Sub-Technical, on over 900 successful water control projects throughout North America to develop our own proprietary polyurethane groutformulations that are unmatched for their effectiveness, simplicity and cost effectiveness.

SealGuard polyurethane grouts have been used in many highly visible water sealing projects ranging from the 'Big dig' in Boston, Ground Zero in New York City, Dulles Airport in Washington, D.C as well as many coal, limestone, potash and other mines, geothermal wells, dry-docks, and virtually anything else that can leak. The result is professional grade, highly effective, field tested products available for use in a multitude of applications.

Our philosophy is simple: rather than produce and stock many varieties of grout, each of which has a narrow range of applications, we developed a small number of very versatile, very effective formulations that perform across many different industries and applications.

Source One Environmental (S1E), is our master distributor for the wastewater industry throughout the world. The flags below show the nations in which SealGuard products can be purchased from S1E. They share our commitment to quality products and exceptional customer service.

SealGuard II Chemical Grout

SealGuard II is highly reactive dual component hydrophobic polyurethane with a 1 to 3 second reaction time. It is designed to stop rapid (>50 gpm) water flows into concrete or other underground structures. SealGuard II is hydrophobic, so it won't shrink, gives off no VOC's and requires no special breathing apparatus or other extraordinary personal protection equipment. Our patented check-valve in the static mixer allows a partially used tube set to be re-used; competing products require the entire tube set be used at once. In addition, the valve keeps the polyurethane, which can be hot during reaction, safely in the mixer.

  • Applications: High flow leaks which can be in excess of 50 gallons per minute in concrete, brick or stone structures
  • Packaging: Dual 600 ml 1:1 Caulk Tubes Transport: USDOT Unregulated Class 55
  • Storage: Product is moisture sensitive and should be stored at 60-70⁰. Product should not be exposed to the atmosphere until application. Avoid contact with moisture.
