Our New Operations Manager Lionel Chartrand

has 36 years of experience in the drilling industry.

Lionel's knowledge of various drilling types and mechanical skills allows him to lead our drilling team and provide a great service to our clients.

Precision strives to continually evolve its strength’s and knowledge, providing substantial value in the services available to their customers. Boasting experience in numerous fields of service Precision Sampling and their team of professional drillers are always eager to take on new challenges – No project is too difficult!

PSI was one of the early developers of direct push technology; direct push innovations included “Dual Tube” continuous coring (Enviro-Core) and the Continuous Multi-Channel Tubing system (CMT) for sampling and monitoring.

In 1999, PSI was acquired by an investor group. As PSI evolved along-side the drilling services and environmental/geotechnical consulting markets, it developed more innovative technologies to meet its original objectives. In 2007, Precision Sampling, Inc. acquired Spectrum Exploration and folded Spectrum’s Stockton, CA, Colorado Springs, CO and Albuquerque, NM operations into the Precision Sampling family. Today, with three locations and a wide array of drilling, grouting and remediation technologies, PSI now provides its clients with a diverse array of tools and techniques to perform geologic field investigation projects quickly and cost effectively.
