Aware Consulting, LLC (Aware) is a full-service environmental and occupational safety consulting company located on the central Kenai Peninsula of Alaska, with a satellite office near Seattle, Washington. Aware was established in 2003 and is a woman-owned, HUBZone–certified, small business. We are committed to delivering high quality service to federal, state, and local government clients, and commercial clients. 

Aware Consulting offers a full suite of environmental and safety consulting and field support services. We are based in Alaska and Washington, and serve clients throughout Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, and Canada. Aware Consulting was established in 2003, and the company principals have lived and worked in Alaska since 1991. Our client base includes industry, electric utilities, and government. Aware offers its clients a high level of expertise to support them in ensuring compliance at their facilities, effectively negotiating with regulators, and building a successful working relationship with their community. We also provide field safety and environmental support, bringing a long history of field experience on Alaska's North Slope and Kenai Peninsula to serve our clients. At Aware Consulting, we believe environmental stewardship is critical, and we offer expertise in energy efficiency and environmentally friendly solutions.

Aware Consulting's Principal, Denise Newbould, has a broad-based knowledge of air quality, storm water and industrial discharge permitting, waste management, and spill clean-up and reporting requirements gained from her 20 years of experience in the field, including 10 years as Environmental Supervisor at two major production facilities. For safety, we offer experienced professionals with many years of experience working directly for industry and with varying areas of expertise.
