Enerflex’s extensive network of service locations allows us to rapidly mobilize engines, generators, compressors, spare parts and experienced mechanics to your job site, 24 hours per day year-round. Our locations are situated across Canada, the United States of America, Latin America, Australia, the Middle East and beyond. Simply put, Enerflex has one of the most complete service offerings for natural gas compression, processing, refrigeration systems and electric power.
We provide comprehensive support for everything we manufacture, and we cover all major brands of compression, processing, refrigeration and electric power equipment. Our service offering is part of our philosophy of integrated solutions. Whether you need carefully planned preventive maintenance or an emergency service call in the middle of the night – Enerflex will be there for you.
Enerflex’s commitment to you is clear: we are here to help you achieve full-cycle reliability and minimize downtime on your engines and systems. We understand that your field compression and processing equipment has one purpose: to generate cash flow. That demands we strive for minimum downtime, maximum throughput and peak operating efficiency throughout your equipment’s life-cycle, which can be 30 years or longer.

Great People
Enerflex’s service personnel are experienced, technically proficient and well-trained. Each individual is part of a much larger team that draws on four decades of Company experience in servicing compression and processing equipment. In addition to holding the relevant trade and technical qualifications, our mechanics and technicians complete factory training programs from many of our vendors including Waukesha, Caterpillar, MTU, Arrow and Ariel.
Global Capabilities
Enerflex’s service team operates a network of approximately 50 field locations, two repair/overhaul facilities, two distribution centres and close to 300 fully equipped service vehicles. The team totals over 400 trained field mechanics and technicians, plus shop tradespeople, parts experts and specialized technical support.
Globally, Enerflex can deploy to any location onshore or offshore. Several of our regional operations, including in the Middle East/Africa, Australia, Asia and Europe/CIS provide additional, specialized services focused on the needs of customers operating in those areas including full operations and maintenance contracts.
Enerflex’s service offering includes our own Company warranty against defects of materials and workmanship on any equipment and exchange products.

Compression

Gas compression is the foundation of our business and today, with thousands of our packages installed in over 70 countries worldwide, we continue to innovate and offer our customers sophisticated, integrated compression solutions designed to their specific requirements.

Enerflex’s reciprocating, screw, centrifugal refrigeration, and rotary vane compression packages cover the complete range of applications and gas inlet streams, from low-horsepower/low-pressure applications such as coal seam gas and solution gas vapour recovery units (VRUs) to high-horsepower, multi-train centralized field or processing plant compression.

While most of our packages are for onshore installation, we have the experience to supply offshore specifications and requirements, for fixed structures and FPSOs. Our packages are driven by gas-fuelled reciprocating engines, as well as variable speed electric motors – whatever suits your needs.

Enerflex’s compression packages are engineered, designed and fabricated in our manufacturing facilities in Houston, Texas and Calgary, Alberta. As a global business with over 35 years of experience, Enerflex and its employees are familiar with international regulations, technical and building codes, and emission standards. Our compression packages meet or exceed all relevant industry standards. Our engineering and design capabilities, however, go far beyond existing standards to cover the complete package – pressure vessels, piping, cooling, anti-pulsation/vibration, utility interfaces, exhaust system, skid and the PLC or digital control system.
