Mission Statement

GER, (Green Earth Recycling) is a team of dedicated individuals who are committed to remove yet 
another hurdle-scrap tires, in the way of creating cleaner and safer earth.

While recycling scrap tires through state of the art, zero contamination cryogenic reactor process, 
we plan to create reusable source of raw material for important industries which include 
manufacturing of rubber products, construction of roads, highways,
railways and agriculture, to mention a few of them.

The biggest stakeholder is the environment itself and some of the
others are regional economies, consumer communities, health care
providers, wild life, etc.

While assuring welfare and wellbeing of our
staff, the ultimate goal is to rid the communities of scrap tires and
contribute in improvement of health clean environment.

COMPANY PROFILE

We are a Tire Recycling Plant. Our new cryogenic system will allow us to produces the full 
spectrum of crumb rubber sizes, at a competitive market price.

Our goal is to process 2,000,000 tires a year. We will only produce metal free crumb rubber, black 
grading No. 1

CRYOGENIC SYSTEM

Cryogenic processing entails the cooling of the feed stock to approximately -325 degrees
Fahrenheit using liquid nitrogen. The cooled material is extremely brittle, and is fed directly into a
cooled closed loop hammer mill/multi-state screener.16 The whole process takes place in the
absence of oxygen, so surface oxidation is not a consideration.
Because of the low Temperatures used in the process, the crumb rubber derived from the process is not altered in any way from the original material. Unlike ambient ground material, the crumbs are
uniformly geometric in shape and the particle distribution for any given mesh size is very narrow. As with ambient grinding, this process generates a variety of material sizes, with yields dropping
as required particle size is reduced.
