UG is a professional environmental engineering and consulting firm located in the City of Baltimore,
Maryland. We specialize in environmental assessment, design, and remediation services for real
property located in the Maryland area, with the majority of our projects consisting of Brownfields related due diligence, being performed in the City of Baltimore. 

We are also a City of Baltimore and Maryland Department of Transportation certified woman business enterprise.

UG’s approach to projects is individually tailored to each client and project. Our personnel have
established relationships with the local, state and federal regulators. We understand the complexity
environmental issues may pose to a new or existing development and are adept at integrating local,
state and federal policies, regulations and programmatic requirements to meet the client’s goals and ensure the protection of human health and the environment.

Urban Green Environmental, LLC was established in March 2007 by Denise A. Sullivan, P.E. to pursue opportunities in the areas of environmental assessment, design, and remediation service for real property.
