Established in 1979 as F. Mitchell & Co., the firm was engaged in resin sales and scrap management services. In 1981 came the acquisition of our first manufacturing facility, and JLM Plastics Corporation was formed.Since that time, JLM has grown to our current 25,000 sq. ft. facility located in Joliet, Illinois.
