Our Mission and Expertise

Drill Cool Systems has been the original manufacturer of Mud Coolers also known as Geo-Coolers for over 35 years and offers the best Mud Cooling Systems worldwide. Our focus is on controlling wellbore temperatures through the cooling of drilling fluid at the surface. Drill Cool provides unique solutions for controlling the temperature of drilling fluids for oil, gas and geothermal operations throughout the world.

Planning

Drill Cool Systems employs the most experience professionals. specializing in Well Temperature Control and Mud Cooling Systems. All senior Technicians have a minimum of five years experience in mud cooling and temperature control with engineering and management being involved in development of this technology since its inception.

Our team of experienced trained staff have traveled to many well sites in various locations throughout the world to engineer the installation of Mud Cooling Systems such as Geo Coolers, Mud Cooler and Chillers. Installation plans are developed with the customer to optimize the cooling performance.

The Drill Cool System

The Drill Cool System can be used in its entirety. Some customers only see need for surface cooling, while others recognize a need to stop heat transfer through drill pipe. Others still find that using the Drill Cool System (IDP and surface cooling) in its entirety is the best application for their drilling needs.
