JLC Environmental Consultants, Inc. (JLC) has provided environmental testing and consulting, laboratory and training services (Asbestos, Lead, Mold, Indoor Air Quality, Phase I) since 1987. Our team of environmental professionals test air, soil, water and building constituents. JLC is also a Certified Woman's Owned Business Enterprise (WBE)

JLC works with real estate owners and developers, real estate management firms, banks, institutions and corporations. JLC helps our clients protect their assets and limit their liabilities when faced with environmental challenges.

Our consultants have the regulatory knowledge and technical consulting skills to help your project succeed. Over the past 28 years, JLC has worked on over 26,000 projects throughout the tri-state-region as well as nationally and internationally.

Training

Failsafe Training Co. a division of JLC has been providing environmental health and safety training since 2000. Failsafe has taught courses in South Korea for the Army Corp of Engineers as well as various locations throughout the United States. Failsafe offers training in a variety of disciplines. Our OSHA authorized and New York State Department of Health certified instructors, have years of experience which they share with our students. Courses Offered:
