As a newly established company, TOF, in the partnership with the world leading companies in the energy and marine sectors provides maritime training and engineering solutions to the global marine and energy industry. 

TOF and partners supply major mechanical components for land and offshore drilling rigs, complete land drilling and well servicing rigs, tubular inspection and internal tubular coatings, drill string equipment, extensive lifting and handling equipment, and a broad offering of downhole drilling motors, bits and tools. TOF also provides supply chain services through its network of distribution service centers located near major drilling and production activity worldwide.

TOF Oil is an independent Oil & Gas company that trades Oil on a worldwide basis. We also optimize opportunity by developing Oil & natural Gas reserves using cutting edge drilling and production techniques.

In our persistent efforts to better serve our customers, TOF and Partners have developed a first-rate global training department to educate you on a variety of our products. 

TOF, in association with partners, offers hands-on, simulation, and on site training. In addition to our valuable technical information, students receive manuals and CDs for easy reference after the course is completed. Our classes are intensive and minimize time away from work, while still incorporating our fundamental principles of safety, operation, maintenance, and repair. 

This further enhances progress towards our goal to be a globally recognized training provider in the Energy and Oil & Gas industry. 

TOF has instituted a 'NO SHOW' charge for all classes. If a student is enrolled in a training course and cannot attend, we would like to notify other customers of the space availability in this course. We will require notification no less than thirty (30) business days prior to the class start date. If we do not receive the thirty (30) day notification, the full course cost will be invoiced. However, the course 'NO SHOW' charge may be utilized to attend another class within six (6) months. 
All TOF provided Training Facilities have a dress code. Students are expected to attend class with appropriate business attire. Shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, and sandals are not permitted.

TOF & Partners currently own and operate 44 power plants in western Canada, the United States and France, having 809 MW of electric and 117 MW of thermal net generating capacity.

TOF's growth to date has been biased to acquisitions. Moving forward, we intend to augment this strategy by developing brownfield or greenfield projects where we have existing operations, critical resources (i.e. coal) and a friendly regulatory environment. WIND POWER PROJECT PLANNING
We work closely with our customers during the planning phase to capitalise on this knowledge and build a successful project.

When you're planning a wind power plant, you need to consider a broad range of factors over the entire lifecycle of the project. These range from financing and siting, to grid requirements and the regulatory framework.

After installing over 43,000 wind turbines throughout the world by partners, we have a huge amount of expertise in these areas.

PROCUREMENT

With TOF as your supplier and business partner, you are basing your investment on finely tuned processes refined over experience and knowledge.

We check and test all our turbines at our test centres, and we ensure that the results are independently verified. We also continuously monitor many of our operational turbines, capturing data from over 15,000 wind turbines across the world. This data provides us with the complex information and sophisticated tools we need to make turbine operation even more reliable and cost-effective, wherever the location and whatever the wind conditions. Procurement is not just about buying turbines but about buying the right turbines for the specific project.

CONSTRUCTION

During the construction phase, the wind power plant is built and connected to the grid. There is a huge number of tasks involved to ensure this happens efficiently and effectively, carried out by both the developer and TOF.

Precisely who does what will differ from project to project depending on the risk profile. Working closely with the client, we can provide everything from an inclusive package, where we supply, install and calibrate the plant, to simply supplying the turbines.

One needs to consider a large number of factors when operating a wind farm. It has to be serviced, it has to be managed effectively to get the most out of the turbines, you have to train people to operate it, and it has to be insured. We can help with all these issues, and more.

We provide a range of different offerings, such as service and training, and work in close collaboration with our customers to help them find the optimum solution for operating their wind power plant.

POWER PLANT OPTIMISATION

By using predictive and preventive maintenance techniques, we can identify potential problems before they arise and take action to address them, helping to reduce down time and optimise the yield for TOF and partners' turbines worldwide.

We do this by monitoring our wind turbines around the globe, making sure we know the precise status of our turbines and how they are performing on a daily basis, across all kinds of sites and in all wind conditions.
