 Energy Efficiency

Energy efficiency is no longer a buzz phrase – it is a harsh reality driven by both global and personal factors.

Become more energy efficient to make your money stretch further

Rarely a month goes by without a news bulletin highlighting rising fuel costs and in turn – rising fuel poverty. The reality is that many houses are literally “burning cash” by letting so much heat escape through poor insulation and inefficient heating systems.
Here at Osborne, we can help you make good energy efficiency for the home a reality AND in many cases – we can help you find grants or funding to part or fully cover these costs.

Become more energy efficient and help our planet
Our natural fuel resources like oil, gas and coal are depleting at an alarming rate. The pressure is therefore on to ensure that what we do have lasts for as long as possible.
As governments and industry look at ways to combat this through legislation and invention – we have a global “moral” obligation to see how we can save energy at an individual level.
Combine this with the pressure to reduce carbon emissions to reduce ‘green house gases’ and slow down the growing ozone layer hole – and you can see energy efficiency has a strong global motivation.
