Approach to Growth We always want to be moving to where the market will be. We will seek to grow by investing in innovation at our core and through complementary and strategic acquisitions, leveraging our knowledge, resources and experience.We intend to focus on three key segments:The Home;Business; and Enterprise & Government.In the Business and Enterprise & Government segments, we intend to specifically target Finance, Health and Aged Care, Education, Transport and Logistics.Solutions we offer include:Security - including end point and facility security management, vulnerability consulting and testing, environment access control, alerts and alarms, video surveillance and monitoring, testing, and analytics;Systems and Services – including home, audio, visual, entertainment and information, lighting, lighting control, environmental and energy management systems and related integration and technical services; and Networking and Communications – including cloud managed services, NOC and SOC services, wireless and satellite, and RF technology.Business and Operating Models,Our foundation is built upon supplying quality products and services to our customer segments. We are now focused on delivering innovative solutions based on service and annuity revenue streams, which are key to sustained growth in revenue and earnings. Our operating model is moving to a world that is capital light, service based and IP, wireless and cloud enabled.Acquisition Criteria:When assessing acquisitions we will have a preference to secure a strong management team, significant intellectual property, operating in a growth sector, with a #1 or #2 market position, and the ability to generate strong cash flows.Approach to Risk:We are prepared to be opportunistic and selectively invest ahead of the curve. We will seek to optimise and actively manage the risk / reward trade-off recognising that increased return can require increased risk exposure.
