Once operational we provide Server and Networking monitoring to manage the network proactively as well as a Helpdesk and Onsite Technical service.We provide a Darwin Based Secure Online Backup Service which securely backups server data and images to the Secure Data Centre here in Darwin. The strength of this service is that our clients server backups are encrypted with 418bit military grade encryption between their servers and is stored in a Level 1 Server Accomodation rated data centre. In the case of a disaster our clients data is available here in Darwin city and not in an unknown location accesible only via the internet
