Resource Extension Company

Resource Extension Company was founded by Dan Schuh in 1991 in Caldwell, Texas. Since then, RECO has remained an industry leader in environmental safety and reclamation services for exploration and production companies large and small.

Resource Extension company puts health and safety at the forefront of all company endeavors. RECO follows 'best-practice' company policies to go beyond government requirements in our shops and in the field. Any safety professional will tell you that safety starts at the top, and RECO management supports efforts to keep our company and customers healthy. RECO is a member of both ISNetworld and PEC Premier.

All RECO employees are drug tested (upon hire and on a random basis), are required to attend monthly safety training sessions, and are CPR certified. We firmly believe that a safe employee and a productive employee go hand-in-hand; with experience and safety standards in place, RECO's operations are able to not only maintain, but exceed the standards of our customers.

Excerpt from the RECO HSE Manual:

In fulfilling this commitment to protect both people and property, management will provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, in accordance with industry standards and in compliance with legislative requirements, and will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in personal injury/illness, accidents, or property damage. To do this, we must constantly be aware of conditions in all work areas that can produce occupational injuries and illnesses. Employee cooperation in detecting and reporting hazards and, in turn, controlling them, is a condition of employment at RECO.'
