DESCRIPTION

We believe a picture is worth a thousand charts and reports; This is not to say that charts and reports don't have a place. We use them extensively. However our emphasis is on an interactive animated reproduction of your job site showing real time streaming data or historical data. When you can see what is actually going on, it changes your whole perspective.

We also believe our software should be easily understood by a foreman or CEO as well as a computer expert. We designed our IronSyte Viewer software so that it wouldn’t intimidate any user while at the same time would provide the information you need to see what is happening on your job. It takes effort to shorten and simplify. We believe we have done that and continue to incorporate this attitude as a central pillar of our philosophy.

We also feel strongly that customer support is critical to your success as well as our success. If you have a question on the software or the electronic hardware, you can speak directly with our software or electrical engineers. Each of our customers has their own unique needs and we understand that a 'cookie cutter' approach doesn't necessarily work. IronSyte Monitors are designed to be flexible in how they integrate into your earthmoving equipment as well as your office systems.

The majority of our officers are mining engineers with extensive experience in coal mining, hard rock mining, and aggregates both within the United States as well as overseas. We also have on staff individuals who have spent decades working for equipment manufacturers such as Caterpiilar, Komatsu, and their various distributors. Consequently we have a good grasp of your needs as well as the nuances of the equipment you use.
