HISTORY:

Timberline Drilling Inc. is based in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Founded in 1996, the company was built on a heritage of excellence, industry knowledge and technical expertise. Over the years, Timberline Drilling has worked primarily with leading mineral producers like Newmont, Barrick, Hecla, Teck Cominco and Kinross providing core drilling services within the United States.

COMPANY MANAGEMANT:

Martin Lanphere, President:

Mr. Lanphere joined Timberline Drilling in May 2008 as a highly motivated logistical problem solver. He began his education in the United States Marine Corps, where he served for four years and acquired an impeccable work ethic. After leaving the Marine Corps, Mr. Lanphere accepted the position of District Sales Manager in the mortgage division for HSBC. He managed over 100 employees while efficiently managing large accounts and continually focusing on profitable growth. After working in the financial services industry for a number of years, Mr. Lanphere brought his enthusiastic leadership style and years of experience implementing efficient processes and managing and motivating people to Timberline Drilling.

John Dietel, General Manager:

Mr. Dietel has been with Timberline since the company was founded in 1996. He has more than 25 years of experience as a lead driller and foreman, bringing vast knowledge of all aspects of the drilling industry. His experience includes a focus on underground core drilling on numerous large scale mining projects throughout the western United States. Mr. Dietel has assisted in establishing and maintaining Timberline's continued commitment and dedication to safety and training. He works alongside colleagues at all levels of the company to ensure the best possible service for our customers. Mr. Dietel brings veteran leadership and technical experience in the drilling industry to Timberline Drilling.

CJ Larsen, General Manager:

Mr. Larsen joined Timberline Drilling in 2005. His experience includes 15 years in senior management in the LP Gas industry in Idaho, Utah, Washington and California. Mr. Larsen also has extensive experience managing crews, projects and client relations. He holds a degree in Applied Science - Geology from Dixie State University. Mr. Larsen provides dedicated support to Timberline Drilling's operations and crews 24 hours a day, 7 day a week.

Lewis Walde, VP of Finance :

Mr. Walde has worked with Timberline since January 2009 and has over 17 years experience in financial management within the mining industry. Mr. Walde was formally the Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer for Hecla Mining Company. Mr. Walde is a CPA and holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree.

Tony Moore, Director of Health, Safety and Loss Prevention:

Mr. Moore joined the Timberline team in January 2008 and brings his safety and health knowledge to the company. Mr. Moore is a certified safety professional, MSHA instructor, certified Health and Safety Auditor. He is responsible for development and implementation of environment, health and safety and training programs. Before joining Timberline, Mr. Moore has been a Health and Safety Specialist and Manager and worked for a large Nevada mining corporation for 14 years.
