The company's scrap metal recycling facility is fully licensed in compliance with environmental legislation and, as such, is regulated by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency.

This ensures all activities comply fully with strict licencing conditions and operating procedures, particularly in the area of environmental protection and best practice.

Health & Safety is also of paramount importance. A formal Health & Safety Policy which has been specifically produced is in place, and all employees are fully trained for the duties they undertake.

The company's Health & Safety manager makes regular formal inspections and advises management on current and pending legislation.

Sinclair & Hay also offer specialist removal services and have developed the capability to carry out off-site works for customers, such as downsizing and removing large structures which are deemed redundant, or stripping out buildings of cabling and electrical switchgear etc.
