Shred-A-Can Scrap Metal Recyclers in Calgary, Alberta was opened in 1985 as a sister company, but soon became the main focus of the business and was recycling all of Alberta’s Aluminum beverage containers.

As business environments changed due to the Alberta Government’s introduction of the Beverage Container Recycling Regulation, we were forced to refocus our attention back into scrap metal recycling of non-ferrous metals.
