COMPANY OVERVIEW

Triple M Metal was established over 40 years ago by Mike Giampaolo who continues to serve as Chairman and is the principal shareholder of Triple M Metal LP.

From very modest beginnings, Triple M Metal has grown to be Canada's leading metal recycling company with operations in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Europe. The company also ships significant volumes of product to the Far East and Asia. Over the years Triple M Metal has diversified through acquisitions and vertical integration and its businesses now include: a significant real estate development and construction company for industrial, residential, and golf course properties (Giampaolo Investments Limited); a steel service center (Venture Steel); aluminum remelt plants (Matalco); and an electronics processing and recycling company (Global Electric Electronic Processing).

HISTORY

Mike and Antonio Giampaolo started Triple M Metal 0ver 40 years ago with one truck, a strong work ethic and a strong sense of team spirit, growing the company to become one of North America's largest, privately held fully integrated recyclers of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals. We operate 16 facilities in Ontario with additional interests in the United States, Mexico and Europe to support a continually growing market share.

 PRODUCTS & SERVICES

As one of North America's largest recycler and processor of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, Triple M Metal is capable of handling and processing a wide variety of products. Our supply chain ranges from large multi-national generators down to our public feeder yards allowing us to have an ever expanding inventory of scrap.

Triple M Metal handles over 3 million tons of ferrous material and 120 thousand tons of non-ferrous material per year, and is the leading supplier to some of North America's largest foundries and mills. With 18 operating yards located strategically throughout North America we are able to obtain, process, and sell scrap at the most competitive prices.

Triple M Metal provides a vast array of scrap management services to our clients. Our continuous investment in equipment and technology ensure we are able to provide our clients with the services required to meet their needs.

Triple M Metal's truck fleet is one of the largest in North America; this ensures reliable service to our clients and customer satisfaction by being on time, every time. Our transportation division includes an exchange program for roll-offs and lugger containers in various sizes to meet the needs of our clients. Trailer services include Dump Trailer, Tin Scow, Flat and Walking Floor. We also supply in plant handling equipment to capture scrap from source to removal. Our company trucks have been equipped with state-of-the-art GPS system which provides dispatch the opportunity to monitor customer service instantly. Additionally on site and on line video camera equipment at Industrial generators allows prompt and efficient scrap removal service to our clients.

We also provide complete scrap management services to Industrial scrap generators in the Automotive sector, Steel manufacturing and Construction industries including scrap handling layout and plant design.

Through our integrated yards strategically located throughout North America we are able to collect Dealer and Industrial scrap regionally process any type of scrap at the lowest cost for our consumers.

By processing scrap through our shredders and balers we are able to size raw material feed for economic and timely delivery to our customers. Rail siding services at all our yards facilitate the movement of hundreds of gondolas per month.
