Welcome to Fitzer’s Recycling. Our recycling facility is located in Alvo, NE to better serve our customers. 

We accept aluminum, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, lead, copper, brass, white goods, and mixed alloys. 

Prohibited Scrap

Acetylene Cylinders.Munitions, Bullets, Military Target Range Scrap, Explosives.All scrap containing mercury; light switch assemblies, thermometers, thermostats, pressure regulating valves, furnace switches – NO mercury is allowable. All fluid filled capacitors must be removed from any scrap to be accepted for recycling. Computer monitors, Cathode ray tubes (old TV’s and oscilloscopes). Materials containing asbestos; insulated pipe, old furnaces, Transite concrete fiber board. Radioactive materials.Fluorescent light bulbs.Fluorescent light ballasts.Electronic scrap, including circuit boards.Flammable or combustible materials.Back-up power supply units.Tin cans.
