Since 1973 we’ve been offering solid waste collection and disposal services to Fairfield and the surrounding towns. Our company, Central Maine Disposal, is family owned and operated and we attribute our success to the emphasis we place on dependable and responsive services, whether the customer is a single home, business or municipality.

We were founded by our father, Michael Wood, and we had the first roll off technology in the area. Now we are operating 13 trucks daily and have expanded our services by becoming Fairfield’s recycling center and offering septic services, portable toilets, and demolition services.
