What We Do

The Need

Our company saw a need to assist in preventing damage to our environment from the millions of scrap waste tires each year that either go into the ground or are discarded in illegal dumping grounds. The EPA and other groups have done studies which indicate that some 290 million tires are discarded in the United States each year alone.

Osborne Reef

There is a reef which was made off the coast of Florida for which it had been hoped would provide a home to sea life. This reef did no such thing, and is now going to cost millions of dollars, and take several years to clean up. It is our hope that by providing an alternative to discarding or burial of scrap waste tires we can in the future prevent such things from occurring.

Our Process

We take scrap waste tires and upcycle them into useful products that you might already see in use every day. From rubber mulch used in playgrounds at public parks and schools, to industrial products such as speed bumps, curb stops, and surfacing treatments.

Industrial shredders are used to render the tires into smaller pieces. This process allows the steel and nylon used in the tires bias and radial belts to be removed and recycled. The steel used in tires is some of the highest grade steel available. The nylon can be recycled into other forms of plastic. The rubber itself is then used in the manufacture of our products. Rubber crumb is currently used by various states Department of Transportation and public works in Rubberized Asphalt to make the roads quieter and allows them to last longer.

Our company is the product of inspiration, imagination, and innovation; with the goal of helping to pave the way for the generation to follow.

Our major focus has always been in the promotion of innovationin the community, especially in our youngsters. We believe by inspiring fresh minds, we can promote our mutual interactions and a friendlier exchange of perspectives.

We plan to hold a local Annual Award Ceremony with the support of other local businesses and private partners for your younger members. The details of this program will be updated on this site soon. We welcome all suggestions from local schools and community members who would like to participate and help us spread the news.
