Evergreen Recycling, Clark County’s largest independent commercial, industrial and
construction recycler announced today it has signed an acquisition agreement with Republic Services of Southern Nevada.

Evergreen Recycling collects and processes recyclable materials that are delivered to commodity markets worldwide for remanufacture and reuse.
