At File Finders we utilize both a mobile shredding truck and a warehouse shredding facility, each highly secure and AAA-certified by the National Association of Information Destruction (NAID).

As a certified NAID member, our policies and procedures adhere to the highest standards in the industry. Our personnel policies include background checks, drug screening, operational ID badges and training in the areas of security and confidentiality. The warehouse facility is secured 24-hours with central alarm and motion detection and the shredding area is CCTV monitored at all times. File Finders is insured, bonded and compliant with regulatory bodies such as HIPPA and FACTA as a document shredding vendor and we assume liability for your documents upon taking custody.

Document destruction needs vary from company to company and File Finders has programs to accommodate any situation. We maintain a variety of shredding collection containers that we can place in your business at no cost. Shredding is then handled on a scheduled or on-call basis depending on your requirements.

Periodic purges of stored documents, whether they are in filing cabinets, boxes or loose, can be collected “as is” and shredded on-site or at our shredding facility. Keep in mind that it is not required that you remove staples, paper clips or binders.
