Our Story

The Trash Porters, LLC is a waste management company based in Wilmington, DE, offering a wide range of services to meet the needs of both residential and commercial clients. Specializing in trash valet, The Trash Porters provides doorstep garbage and recycling services for multi-family properties, alongside additional offerings such as junk removal, event waste management, weekly residential and commercial garbage collection, litter control, cleanouts, and furniture removal.

With a focus on convenience, efficiency, and sustainability, these services are tailored to suit the demands of diverse customer segments.

Founded by Mr. Chris Boozer, The Trash Porters was born out of a need Mr. Boozer identified while living in a multi-family complex. He noticed that the long walk to the parking lot dumpster was inconvenient for many residents, particularly seniors and individuals with disabilities. Realizing that Delaware lacked Valet Trash services, Mr. Boozer took the opportunity to fill this gap.

Since its inception, the company has gained the necessary authorization from the Delaware Solid WasteAuthority (DSWA) and holds a DNREC permit, establishing itself as a trusted provider in the waste management industry.
