Story

FarverServ we reflect on the incredible journey that has brought us to this point, our hearts overflow with gratitude. With over 16 years spent at Waste Pro, I've had the privilege of gaining valuable knowledge and developing a deep respect for the community I proudly call home, alongside its residents. The path to entrepreneurship hasn't been without its challenges. Despite facing limited resources and exposure, I've been able to confront obstacles that often seemed insurmountable, thanks to the unwavering support of my family and community. Their strength has propelled me forward, enabling me to pursue my dreams. Everyday, I carry with me the echo of my late mother's words: 'I'm so proud of you.' These words serve as a constant reminder of the importance of humility, gratitude, and service. They ground me by a simple, yet profound principle: Treat others the way I want to be treated.

They remind me that no matter how far I go, I am still that same ole country boy from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, guided by enduring values. My family, my children, grandchildren and especially my beautiful wife, Virginia, stands as the cornerstone of my purpose, inspiring me daily.
