Harter’s Disposal is currently in its fourth generation of catering to your trash removal needs. The company was founded in 1955 by Frank Harter. His son, Lloyd Harter, acquired the company in 1958. In 1994, the company was re-established by Gary Harter. Since that time, he and his children have been proudly serving the Upper Midwest.
