Door to door trash pickup

FOR INDIVIDUALS

• Containers: Use 20 gallon provided bags must tie bag for your trash and recycling. Ensure they are properly closed to prevent spills or leaks. Double bag animal waste. Break down all cardboard boxes.
• Size Limit: Ensure your bags do not exceed 20 pounds per bag
• Location: Place your trash outside your door at the most an hour before designated pickup times. Please be considerate of your neighbors by not placing items outside too early or leaving bags out after scheduled pickup times.
• Hazardous Materials: Do not place hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, batteries, electronics) in your trash. Follow local guidelines for proper disposal.
• Security: Ensure that your trash and recycling are placed securely to avoid spills or attracting pests.
• Missed Pickup: If your trash is not collected on the scheduled day, please contact our customer service team at 623-261-6895 as soon as possible.
To ensure accuracy all of our workers wear cameras and will send a text upon arriving at location and leaving. Keep in mind there may be multiple units at your location receiving service.
