The MBL Systems facility is a modern manufacturing plant that can process up to 2000 tons per day of MSW and RECYCLE 90% or MORE of materials into composite bio-planking to build homes, shelters or renewable high density fuel cubes for coal-fired co-generation plants. We're continuously researching new applications and adding capabilities nearly every day!

Carbon Footprint

The facility is at 'Zero Discharge', virtually odor free and the products are safe and non-toxic. The remaining MSW components; familiar metals, glass and plastics are separated through the improved electro-mechanical methods, released clean and sterilized back into the recycling markets at an enhanced value.
