In 1949, Security Paving began as a small family-owned street improvement construction company con in San Fernando Valley, California. Over the past 70 years, we have stayed close to our roots with our corporate headquarters in Westlake Village, and have four regional offices throughout California and Nevada. Our steady and sustained growth over the years has positioned us as one of the largest regional contractors in the Western United States.

Between 2014 and 2020, we were the largest contractor by volume for Caltrans. We bring innovation, high quality standards, and the ability to exceed schedule expectations to every project. We incorporate safety into everything we do, both in the office and field, so that our employees and the surrounding public can go home to their families every night.
