Circle P Paving

Our services include commercial, industrial, and municipal paving focusing on both new construction and existing pavement maintenance and preservation. Project applications can range from parking lot repairs to complete excavation and rehabilitation.

Road work can also range from selective mill and pave patch repairs to complete road resurfacing. In addition to hot mix paving, we also offer alternative paving technologies such as RAP (recycled asphalt paving) and surface treatment options.

Our History

Circle P Paving has been serving the Niagara Peninsula providing quality asphalt paving since our inception in the spring of 1979. From humble beginnings, with a seasonal staff of five and a business plan that relied solely on residential trade, the business has expanded significantly since this period. Today, as we proudly begin our 42nd season of operation, we employ over fifty people, with further expansion being contemplated.

Our goal today, is the same as it was in 1979 – in that we strive to provide cost affordable paving solutions to maximize our customer’s budget. These goals are only attainable by having a committed and knowledgeable workforce that pursue excellence in everything we do.

We owe our success to the knowledge, hard work and dedication of our employees. It is this partnership between management and a loyal workforce that has sustained and will continue to maintain the long-term viability of Circle P Paving.
