Premier Trash Pros co-founders, Michael Gonzalez and Ryan Levy, saw an opportunity in the multifamily industry. This opportunity was to improve an amenity that many residents and property managers enjoy and desire. After all, valet trash is one of the top amenities. As residents of two separate communities who have access to this amenity, Michael and Ryan recognized that there were many shortcomings with the two different service providers and numerous areas where they felt this service could be improved to provide more value to both residents and property managers.

Premier Trash Pros was formed on the principles of improving this amenity in the multifamily communities and ensuring that both residents and property managers have a great experience with our service.
