Property Angels, LLC

Property Angels provides moving services, junk removal, donation pick-up, and property cleanouts for property managers, real estate agents, businesses, and homeowners throughout the RVA area.

Property Angels is a family business founded by Andrea Edmunds. She and her son, Evan, lead a team that serves residents throughout Central Virginia.

In 2022, Andrea combined her skills as an entrepreneur and networker, with her passion for social justice issues to create a company that could give employment opportunities to those seeking second chances. At the same time, her son, Evan, also wanted to start a business that would allow him to be active and outside.

BACKGROUND

Andrea started her career in public service helping to launch Henrico County's Victim/Witness Assistance Program. In 1994, she accepted a position with Henrico County as a Probation & Parole Officer; where she served until 2000.

In 2000, she left public service and entered the private sector where she enjoyed a career as a successful business owner, entrepreneur, and networker.

After growing the luxury furniture e-tailer, PoshTots.com, it was sold to a publicly traded company 6 years later. Her experience with PoshTots.com allowed her to grow her network and ultimately get back to what truly fuels her soul - social justice issues and compassion for others.

Our mission is to provide a positive, professional moving experience for our clients through the best operations team and exceptional support services.

Giving back to the community

Property Angels support our local community with physical moves, apartment flipping, and property clean-ups. We also provide compassion and empathy during difficult moves.

Further, we aim to help those in need or in dangerous situations by donating reclaimed items to local nonprofits. As we can, we pledge a portion of our profits each year back to services that support the RVA community.

One of our favorite organizations to work with is the Northside Outreach Program (NOC Thrift), which is located in Richmond's Highland Park Area.
