T & S Sanitation

T & S Sanitation is owned and operated by Scott and Tangela Hennigar. Scott has lived in Clarion all of his life and Tangela has lived there since 2000. They have four grown children, Rachel (married to Travis), Alison (married to Kevin), Jordan (married to Andrew) and Dylan plus 5 beautiful grandchildren. 

​In 2008, Scott told Tangela that he wanted to buy a garbage truck and open his own garbage business. He saw the need for a better sanitation service in the Wright County Area. He started off with a pick-up truck and dump trailer, no employees, and only doing residential garbage. He quickly added dumpsters and realized Wright County had no trash options for residential customers besides specialized trash bags. He filled this hole and was able to offer the first 2 wheel trash cart service in Wright County!

Scott's dreams are to eventually expand to other areas and reach even more customers. He is very proud to own the only locally owned and operated sanitation company in Wright County, IA!
