Aesthetic Alternative Recycling, LLC located in south Denver is a family owned green waste recycling facility continuing to take action by diverting organic waste from Colorado landfills. Our operation offers commercial tree companies, landscaping businesses, and residential homeowners an affordable space to dispose of their green waste appropriately. We are experienced in large-scale site clearance projects that require mobile wood grinding, particularly jobs for upcoming developments and municipal cleanups.

Jeff Opgenorth, owner of Aesthetic Alternative Recycling and graduate from the University of Denver, has been in the tree service industry for over 25 years. In 1994 Jeff began his tree business and has been serving quality work at competitive prices in the Denver metro area ever since. After being in the industry for some time, he recognized the need for a local recycle yard in Denver. In 2007 he established our affordable recycling facility for other tree companies to dispose of their waste and divert waste from Colorado landfills. Family member, Kurtis Katte, joined Jeff in his endeavor and now serves as Supervisor over the company. He is responsible for the day-to-day green waste grinding and the loading and hauling operations. Kurtis also handles our large-scale grinding projects off-site and continues to expand our services. Kenny Katte, our heavy equipment operator, joined Aesthetic Alternative Recycling in 2015 and helps maintain the recycling facility while ensuring the safety of daily operations and all equipment.
