ThermoKeepers®: Always Sustainable... Always Superior to EPS Foam

ThermoKeepers® can be used to maintain required refrigerated product temperatures alone or in a larger non-refrigerated container/box so that both refrigerated and non-refrigerated products can be shipped in the same non-refrigerated container or truck/airplane, etc...

Therefore, only one non-refrigerated truck is required instead of two (one refrigerated and one refrigerated).The panels can be produced exactly to size for your packing system, making the assembly simple, and the fit perfect.

The biodegradable fiber-based insulation materials we use are a proprietary blend and alignment of a certain length of cotton fibers that create loft and trapped air space, maximizing the thermal properties of the all-natural insulation.

Freight can be expensive, however, the fact that our products ship collapsed and slightly compressed make them more affordable. Additionally, they are user-friendly, biodegradable, recyclable and, in many applications, compostable. ThermoPod®, LLC., offers a variety of insulation solutions specifically designed with ultra-insulating padding made from select, purified, enhanced fibers that are highly absorbent for the containment of undesirable condensation or product leakage.
