More than 10 years of cleaning experience

Growing up, in North Tonawanda my childhood wasn’t like others. Yes, I went to school, played sports, and played video games, but by the age of 9, my mother courageously lost her battle with cancer. At the time, my father owned (still does to this day) a restaurant and did what he had to do to provide for my sister & I. He has shown what it takes to run a successful business. I take after him when it comes to my work ethic.

At the age of 16, my first job was McDonalds. Many won’t believe it, but if I didn’t work for McDonalds, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Climbing up the management ladder and even being a Hamburger University graduate. At the time I was one of the youngest General Managers in the WNY area. Being a GM for 8 years, I’ve learned how to how to keep the ice cream machine from breaking. I learned how to improvise, adapt, & adjust to business & life situations. Along the way I’ve met many great people who have turned into lifelong friends & mentors.

There was a show called The Profit, and they mentioned “People, Process & Product” and I’ve used that saying in building my company. Investing in my people, adapting & adjusting the process & giving the clientele an industry-leading product, which in my case is cleaning.

Cleaning comes naturally, especially after watching McDonald’s training videos all those years. After 2 years of working both jobs, I left McDonalds in 2018. At the time of my departure, I set numerous sales records. When I left, I asked, if I was making the right decision for myself. How to balance work & life since I’m newly self-employed? Cleaning houses & offices for a living is a new career? The goal has and always will be, investing in my staff. Providing the proper training to my staff, the word-of-mouth exceptional service will be known. This brings me to this day of having 300 plus 5-star reviews on several platforms on the internet, which I owe to my past & current employees for their dedication & hard work.
