The maintenance of computerized record locations under all disaster scenarios is critical to insure the long-term security of the file data. Our in-house team of IT professionals developed an infrastructure with data security, business continuity and disaster recovery plans in mind. Our IT security systems are second to none with real time replication of data between off site locations over dedicated fiber runs. Each data center is located in a secure, controlled access facility with 24 hour on-site security, heat and smoke alarms, and backup power. Our state of the art record centers are seismically engineered, have full in-rack fire suppression systems.
