SHAW COPPER AND BRASS LLC was founded in 2012 in Hastings, Michigan 49058 we still have that location and in 2013 we added 2 new locations in La Grange, Kentucky 40031.

We have now filed with the SEC our Form D 506b Debt and Equity and 506c Debt and Equity and are raising $1,000,000,000.00 in the USA. This capital will give us new foundries, processing centers and enable us to purchase larger quantities of nonferrous metals.

We purchase primarily Copper and Brass from the Department of Defense as well as from business's in the USA for resale as chop, or ingots. We are both short term and long term on non-ferrous metals and can sell quickly or hold for profit. We have the Michigan facility 35,000 sq. ft. and the Kentucky facility 50,000 sq. ft.
