Paragon Development Group, LLC

402 North Frontage Road, Plant City, Florida, United States | Waste Management

A Waste and Recycling Facility open to the General Public.

Paragon Development Group, LLC was established in 2003 by Edwin Walpole, IV to serve the City of Plant City as well as Waste Management, WSI, numerous independent contractors, and the general public in our area. We provide a convenient place to dispose of non-hazardous MSW (Municipal Solid Waste). Our Transfer Station saves both time and money for our customers, allowing them to dispose of MSW without driving to landfills. Our facility is permitted and inspected by FDEP (Florida Department of Environmental Protection). All of our employees maintain current certifications from the State of Florida as either spotters or transfer station operators.

We accept: Construction & Demolition, Class III, Class l, and Brush and Yard Debris. As material is received, it is unloaded in the designated area for the specific material. The material is then loaded on semi-trailers and sent to the appropriate landfill based on the material type.

We strive to recycle as much material as possible. In 2010 we saved almost 1,200 tons of concrete, metal, plastic and cardboard from being sent to landfills. In addition, 100% of all yard debris and brush we received was either sent for recycling at a composting or a waste to energy facility. This saved over 5,000 tons of material from filling our landfills. We are committed to finding as many ways as we can to recycle materials received at our facility.
