Waterway Materials Recycling, LLC began operations in August 2000 and was determined to be the top quality producer of recycled concrete and asphalt products in South Hampton Roads. Since then we have processed and sold over 3,000,000 tons of recycled concrete and asphalt materials derived from construction and demolition that would otherwise be destined for disposal in a landfill.

Our Vision.

To maintain a small or NO cost Tip Fee for concrete and asphalt debris.

​ To continue to accept reinforced concrete, oversize concrete structures and other types of concrete debris created by demolition projects both big and small. ​

Maintain customer satisfaction and the flexibility of acceptance hours which may be needed for large project demolition disposal.
